Return & Refund Policy
At Shouldies, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete product, we're here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or replacement if:
- The product arrives damaged or defective.
- You receive the wrong product.
- The product is missing parts or accessories.
- The product has a significant issue that prevents it from functioning as intended.
Return requests must be submitted within 48 Hours of receiving your order.
2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return or replacement:
- The product must be in reasonably good condition.
- The product should include its original packaging and included accessories, where applicable.
- Proof of purchase or order details may be required.
- We may request clear photos or videos showing the issue to help us verify the claim.
Products that have been damaged due to misuse, accidents, improper handling, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear may not qualify for a return or replacement.
3. How to Request a Return
To request a return, mail us at buyshouldies@gmail.com with -
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos or a short video showing the problem
Once we review your request, we'll let you know whether it has been approved and provide the next steps.
4. Refunds
If your refund is approved, the refund will be processed after the returned product has been received and inspected, where a return is required.
For prepaid orders, approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we may request the necessary bank or UPI details to process an approved refund.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
5. Replacements
Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund. Replacement availability depends on product availability.
If the same product is unavailable, we may offer an alternative resolution, including a refund where applicable.
6. Return Shipping
If the return is due to a defective, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete product, Shouldies will arrange or cover the applicable return shipping costs, subject to verification of the issue.
For returns that do not qualify under this policy, return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility.
7. Non-Returnable Situations
Returns may not be accepted for:
- Products damaged through improper use or handling.
- Products modified or repaired by the customer or a third party.
- Issues caused by normal wear and tear.
- Requests submitted after the applicable return period.
- Products returned without the required order information or verification.
8. Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation requests can only be accepted if the order has not already been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it may no longer be possible to cancel it.
